This scroll was painted in the fall of 1929.
There are faint spots to some extent on the drawing part.
A few folds are a little noticeable.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is not so bad.
The motif is Emperor Meiji (1852 - 1912, Reign 1868 - 1912).
After the Meiji Restoration in 1868, he led Japan to a strong country.
In the painting, he is wearing Japanese traditional court cloths.
The motif is painted very well.
