Description

The scroll is slightly foxed overall as it was drawn years ago.
We estimate it was drawn before World War 2.
There are spots, stains and folds to some extent.
Detachments on some parts of the mounting are recoginzed.
A cap of one roller end is lost.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is so-so.
Although, Mt. Fuji is drawn very well in the Suiboku ink drawing method with Japanese brush.
A sailing ship, river, clouds and Matsu tree are also expressed well.
Mt. Fuji reflects on the surface of the river (Sakasa-Fuji).
This scroll looks nice.
