      We estimate this scroll was painted over 40 years ago.

      There are a little noticeable stains by water on the mounting.

      There are also holes and tears at the top.

      Several stains are recognized in the drawing part.

      As a whole, the condition of this scroll is so-so.

      Although, the scene, the sun and sea of clouds among mountains, is painted artistically.

      The painting looks nice.
