He participated in establishing the Nihon-ga Kai.
He was good at painting flowers & birds pictures.

Description |
The scroll is slightly foxed overall as it was drawn over 90 years ago.
There are spots and stains to some extent on the drawing part.
Although, the condition of this scroll is not bad.
Japanese persimmon fruits and a shrike bird are drawn artistically.
