Description	We estimate this scroll was painted before the Second World War. There are a few tears at the top of the mounting. There are some slight folds on the mounting in whole. There are some spots, creases and slight folds on the drawing part. As a whole, the condition of this scroll is so-so. Although, rooster, hen and Kiku (chrysanthemum) flowers & leaves are expressed very artistically in good painting skills. Chicken doesn't imply coward or faint heart at all in Japanese.
