Rakusanjin is good at painting landscapes, Kacho-ga flowers-and-birds and figures.

There are faint spots to some extent on the drawing part.
And there is a small tear at the bottom of the mounting.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is not so bad.
The title of this painting is "Early Spring".
White Ume (Japanese plum) flowers and an Uguisu bird (warbler) are painted artistically.
This scroll looks nice.
