      We estimate this scroll was painted before World War 2.
      There are spots, stains and creases to some extent.
      A few small tears at the top of the mounting are recognized.
      As a whole, the condition of this scroll is so-so.
      Although, two swimming goldfish (Kingyo) under willow tree are painted artistically.
