Fusehara Nobuharu (1790 - 1863)
Nubuharu was born in the Fusehara court dignitary family whose role was to teach Confucianism.
He was the 7th head of the family.
Nubuharu taught Confucianism to many royalties and court nobles who flourished in the Meiji era (1868-1912) including the Meiji Emperor and Iwakura Tomomi.

Description

The scroll is slightly foxed overall as it was drawn at the end of the Edo period (1603-1868).
There are some spots, stains, folds and amotions.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is not so bad.
The Kanji poem at the top was written by Fusehara Nobuharu, court noble and Confucianist, who taught the Meiji Emperor Confucianism.
Two Tsuru (crane) couple birds were drawn by Sekko.
