We estimate this scroll was drawn at the end part of the Edo period (1603-1868)
or at the early part of the Meiji era (1868-1912).
It is a little foxed overall as it was drawn years ago.
There are tears at the top of the mounting.
There are some breaches, very small worm-eaten holes, spots and folds on
the mounting.
Some faint stains and exfoliations are found on the painting part.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is so-so.
Although, a winter view in snow is depicted well in the Sansui painting
method.
