We estimate this scroll was drawn over 50 years ago.
There are spots and stains to some extent.
Folds on the mounting are recognized.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is so-so.
The Horai (Penglai) castle, flying cranes and others are drawn well in the Nanga painting style.
The Horai castle is where immortal hermits live.
