      Confucianist at the latter part of the Edo period.
      Tekiho was born in 1799 as a son of Samurai of Tanabe Domain located in Tango Province (present Kyoto Prefecture).
      he studied under Koga Seiri and Koga Doan in Edo.
      In 1857, Tekiho became a Karo (chief retainer) of Tanabe Domain, and he made efforts to reform domain duties.
      He deceased in 1859 at the age of 61.

      The scroll is a little foxed overall as it was drawn years ago.
      There are some spots, stains and folds.
      There are a few amotions on the mounting.
      As a whole, the condition of this scroll is not so bad.
      A Kanji poem in two lines is drawn in good form.
