This scroll was drawn in October of 1920 by Kayasuga Sumiyoshi, professional calligrapher.
There are some spots and stains on the drawing part.
Although, the condition of this scroll is not bad.
The Kanji phrase means in summary that " Everybody, even though he is a prince, must examine himself ".
