This scroll was drawn on the New Year's day of 1983.
There are a few faint stains on the mounting.
Although, the condition of this scroll is not bad.
A Kanji phrase is drawn in good and strong form.
The phrase means that "On the New Year's day, I see everything fresh (New year begins. You should start everything on a new note.)".
