There are some small spots, stains and folds.
However, the condition of this scroll is not bad.
The Kanji phrase means that "Everybody who listens to sermons can
be a Buddha."
The chirographer of this writing is Niwano Nikkyo, founder of the Rissho Kosei Kai Buddhistic Sect.
