This writing was drawn in Dec 9 of 1933.
The scroll is slightly foxed overall as it was drawn years ago.
Unfortunately, there are noticeable worm-eaten holes and tears at the top
part of the mounting.
Spots and stains on the writing part are also recognized.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is not good.
The Kanji writing is a Waka poem regarding Mt. Fuji.
This writing is by Yukimitsu Mimurodo, Viscount, Advisory councillor for
the Imperial Court of Japan.
The Mimurodo family was court noble before the Meiji era, and the family
is well-known for literature and flora art.
A certificate issued by the Kuwana Commercial School proves that this writing
is certainly drawn by Yukimitsu Mimurodo.
