Hoen was born in Osaka in 1804.
His real name was Nariaki.
Hoen is a pseudonym.
He studied the Shijo style painting under Matsumura Keibun.
Hoen was good at painting figures, flowers & animals.
He deceased in 1867 at the age of 64.
Value = about US$ 20 thousand
