Description

The scroll was drawn in March of 1886 or 1946.
There are some spots, stains and folds.
The top part of the mounting is breached, however, it is not so noticeable.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is not so bad.
Sakura, Ume and Orchid flowers, a butterfly and a Kanji poem are drawn tastefully with Japanese brush in collaboration with 4 artists.
There is an endorsement by Gyokushu on the lid of the wood box.
And, the endorsement proves that the scroll was certainly drawn by the 4 artists.
Though, we have no information about the 4 artists and also about the endorser.
