Anzaishi was born in Tokyo.
He studied painting under Tanaka Ichian.
He was accepted for the Inten Exhibition for the first time in 1929.
In 1937, he established the Shinko Bijutsu-In with Kabayashi Sokyojin and
the others.

There are some spots and stains on the mounting.
There are also faint spots on the drawing part to some extent.
As a whole, the condition of this scroll is not bad.
Kikyo flowers (Japanese bell-flower) are painted artistically.
