Description

The drawer seems to have been a pupil of Sakuma Shozan (1811 - 1864), great thinker at the end part of the Edo period.
So, we estimate this scroll was drawn over 100 years ago.
There are spots, stains, folds and amotions to some extent on the drawing part.
The condition of this scroll is not so bad.
Daruma is drawn very powerfully in the Suiboku painting method with only black Sumi ink.
