      Seiji was born in Kaifu County of Aichi Prefecture in the 20th year of the Meiji era.
      He established the Aichi-Kai with Ohta Saburo and Kawasaki Shoko in 1918.
      In 1920, Seiji traveled to France for study.
      In 1923, he became a member of the Kofu-Kai.
      He deceased in Tokyo in the 17th year of the Showa era at the age of 55.

      Kiso is old-time place-name of Gifu Prefecture.
      It's mountainous country.
