The position title of Lieutenant General was abolished after World War

So, this scroll was drawn before WW2.
It is slightly foxed overall.
There are some spots and stains.
Although, the condition of this scroll is not bad.
Kanji writing and Matsu tree are drawn in good form.
The Kanji phrase is hoping a fortunate long life.
